  • Each employee meets one-on-one with a licensed and salaried benefits counselor to review benefit options and update and/or verify benefit selections, as well as personal demographic data.
  • At this meeting, each employee receives a detailed description of the total employer contribution (i.e. "hidden paycheck") toward their current core benefits package, vacation policies, and company discounts offered as part of their employment. Employees see not only the amount being deducted from their paycheck, but also the amount that their employer contributes toward their benefits.
  • Through these one-on-one meetings, employees gain a greater understanding of your financial contribution to their welfare, a more specific explanation of their benefits package, and the opportunity to add or update any relevant personal information.
