A major US employer with over 12,000 employees had a human resource challenge facing them. With employees in numerous states and a wide range of benefits plans that differed based on their geographic regions, the company's Human Resources department was investing an enormous amount of time and manpower simply organizing and keeping track of papers and documents, stretching their already limited resources to the breaking point.
